What two attachment points change
Two attachment locations give the sling a span along the rifle. That changes how the carried load hangs compared with a single connection. Comfort still depends on the stock, attachment locations, strap dimensions, clothing and the person wearing it.
Compare padding and usable adjustment range instead of assuming every two-point sling feels the same. A padded section can increase shoulder contact while also taking up space beside a pack strap.
What to consider with a single point
With one connection, the rifle has more freedom to pivot. That movement is part of the purchasing tradeoff, particularly when you want a stable carrying arrangement. A single-point label does not establish comfort, suitable length or compatible hardware.
