Why this sling on the Browning X-Bolt
A hunting or precision rifle is carried for hours and shot once. What matters is that it rides still on the walk in, comes off cleanly, and never has a loose loop to snag when you go prone or into a rest.

Fitting it

Choosing hardware for your configuration
The parts list also contains equipment associated with other X-Bolt stock configurations. A Target Max-style QD provision should not be assumed on a Hunter simply because both rifles share the X-Bolt name.
