Dealer Terms

McLean Corp USA - Dealer Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions as a McLean authorized dealer:

1. Authorized Reseller Requirements

Products must be sold as new, in original packaging
No sales on unauthorized third-party marketplaces without written approval
Maintain accurate product descriptions and imagery
Provide customers with manufacturer warranty information

2. Order Terms

Minimum order quantity: 5 units
Payment terms: Prepaid or Net-15/Net-30 (upon credit approval)
Shipping: FOB Virginia Beach, VA
Returns: Defective products only, within 30 days with RMA

3. Territory & Competition

Dealer accounts are non-exclusive. McLean Corp USA reserves the right to sell directly to consumers and other dealers.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. McLean Corp USA may terminate immediately for breach of terms.
